đ¸White Peach Sangria
A great and beautiful pitcher cocktail!
3 white peaches, cubed
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 sprigs Rosemary (or more)
Stir to combine, and let sit for 20 minutes.
Add 3 cups white wine, and 6 oz gin and refrigerate until cold.
đWasabi Challah Loaf
Add 2-4 tbsp Wasabi paste to your Challah dough liquids, plus mix a tsp of Wasabi with egg wash before baking.
đŽCashew Basil and Olive Dip
Blend in blender until very smooth, add a bit of water if needed:
1 9.5 oz jar green olives
1 cup raw cashews soaked in hot water for 10 min.
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp water
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
2 garlic cloves
đĽMinted Tomatoes
4 large tomatoes, chopped
8 scallions, chopped
2/3 cup chopped fresh mint
olive oil and salt to taste.
đMediterranean Spiced Cod
4 Cod Fillets
1/2 cup mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1 tsp fresh ginger
1/2 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne
pinch of cinnamon
salt
Mix the mayo and all spices, spread on top and underneath the cod, let the flavors absorb into the fish for a minimum of 30 minutes. Bake at 450 for 12-15.
đEggplant and Sun-dried Tomato Orecchiette Pasta
>Sun-dried tomato: Blend 1 cup sun-dried tomato, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1 cup fresh basil, 3 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp nutritional yeast.
>Cube 1 eggplant, season with salt and pepper and fry in oil until soft- about 8 minutes. Add 1 tsp of fresh or dry oregano to the eggplant and stir for another minute, add sun-dried tomato mixture and heat for another 2 minutes.
>Cook orecchiette pasta (Trader Joe's has with their artisan pastas) and combine with eggplant and sun-dried tomato mixture.
đVegetarian Thai Curry
(serves 4)
>Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pot or deep skillet,
>Add 1 chopped onion, some salt and cook for 5 min, add 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp turmeric.
>Add 1 tbsp grated ginger, 2 minced garlic cloves and mix for 30 seconds.
>Add 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper sliced into strips, 1 chili pepper and 3 carrots and cook for another 5 minutes.
>Add 1 14 oz can coconut milk, 1/2 cup water, 1 tsp coconut sugar. Let simmer for 10 min. or until soft.
>Then remove from heat and flavor with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice.
>Divide curry into bowls with jasmine rice, and garnish with your choice of chopped fresh parsley, cilantro, basil, mint, sriracha...
đBrown Jasmine Rice- According to package directions to be served with curry.
đĽŠWine and Rosemary Marinated Beef

Wine mixture: 3 tbsp red wine, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar.
Mix with 2 lbs chuck steak, cut into even cubes.
Marinate for 3- 12 hours.
Prep vegetables to thread onto skewers: onion, pearl onion, pepper, mushroom, zucchini... Any and all works! Add 2 rosemary sprigs onto each skewer, pushed between the meat and vegetables. It adds tremendous flavor.
Bake at 400 degrees, 10-12 minutes on each side.
